Greg, I had to write and tell you
thanks. I have just completed a training course with selveral of my agents
and i am now embarking on the coaching plan that goes along with it. One
of the first tasks was breaking the group of 22 into 3 accountability
groups. I saw this as an opportunity to assist in creating 3
high-performance teams. I used many of your suggestions and tips, such as
identifying the personality types in each group and let them create their
own team norms... both of which were well received. In addition we are
starting each class/group meeting with a 2 minute "check on" which
they all love as it gives them a chance to have the floor but still
stay on track. I wanted to thank you as i would never have been able to
get the ball rolling so well without your tips. I heard you there with me
as i rolled it all out.

Just wanted to let you know that
this past weekend, during our annual summer retreat at a 10th Mtn Hut in the
wilderness, I shared your original book of 'Meaningful Questions' with the 10
members of my Jewish men's group. I said 'pick a number between 1-200... and we
went from there. Needless to say, your book was a big part of the weekend,
laughter, along with great discussion, much of which was inspired and induced
by the questions in your book. Thanks again for sharing these; your powerful
questions make a difference.
